Amgen Warehouse Roof Refurbishment Project
We completed an FM PVC overlay for Amgen in Dun Laoghaire in October. The project required us to mechanically fix a 200g fleece separating layer and Flagon SR 1.5mm FM Approved PVC membrane to the existing roof build up on 2 roofs approximately 3,800 sq mtrs.

M&S completed an overlay of Mastic Asphalt with 140mm rigid board insulation on the Canteen Roof of the Teagasc Agricultural College in Clonakilty, Co. Cork. The roof was 258 sq mtrs and the works were completed in conjunction with Murphy McCarthy Consulting Engineers.
