Citygate Park Cork
Citygate Park – we completed (June 2012) the waterproofing of approximately 7,500 sq mtrs for BAM Building Ltd at the John Cleary Development in Citygate Park. The works incorporated the installation of a Mastic Asphalt Warm Roof system including deck waterproofing at ground floor level
Boston Scientific
Boston Scientific – we completed (Oct 2012) a 6,000 sq mtrs project for PJ Hegarty & Sons at the new Boston Scientific Neurovascular Transition Facility on the Model Farm Rd, Cork. For this project, we partnered with Moy Materials to provide the insulated roofing system. The Paralon membrane and insulation used was part of an FM (Factory Mutual) specification.
Togher Church Cork
Togher Church – we recently completed (Jan 2013) the roof refurbishment at Togher Church, Cork. This work was undertaken for Tony Kavanagh in conjunction with Denis O Sullivan Consulting Engineers. The project was carried out in partnership with Colas. The work consisted of overlaying approximately 1,100 sq of insulation, underlay and capsheet membrane to the roof.
