M&S Roofing has been trading since 1977 providing water proofing solutions for Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Refurbishment projects throughout Munster. It is a family run business that was established by Eamonn O’Mahony and is now led by his son Karl O’Mahony.

Working from our Head Office in Cork, all our staff are directly employed which ensures quality workmanship, reliability and accountability. Our site workforce consists of trained craftsmen in built-up-felt, mastic asphalt, single ply membranes, edpm, liquid membranes, green roof systems and cladding.

M&S employ only the best trained and skilled operators to maximise efficiencies as well as to ensure safety at all times.

Our most important asset is our people and we place a great emphasis on our ‘can do’ attitude to projects and client requirements.

Each project is assigned to our Contracts Manager to co-ordinate activities and meet key objectives. We can also carry out the duties of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) where required.

Prior to commencement of any project, a site specific method statement incorporating a risk assessment is prepared in conjunction with a full itemized works programme.

All our Site Supervisors are time served tradesmen and we carry out regular in-house training to update all staff on new developments in health and safety, roofing techniques and sustainability.
