M&S have an extensive range of plant and equipment to carry out all roofing activities. This provides the flexibility to mobilise quickly to meet client requirements. M&S employ only the best trained and skilled operators to maximise efficiencies as well as to ensure safety at all times. Our most important asset is our people and we place a great emphasis on our ‘can do’ attitude to projects and client requirements. Each project is assigned to our Contracts Manager to co-ordinate activities and meet key objectives. We can also carry out the duties of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) where required.

Prior to commencement of any project, a site specific method statement incorporating a risk assessment is prepared in conjunction with a full itemized works programme.

All our Site Supervisors are time served tradesmen and we carry out regular in-house training to update all staff on new developments in health and safety, roofing techniques and sustainability.
